Promotion Terms

These terms apply to promotional offers, discount codes, limited-time sales, free-shipping offers, and other promotions made available by Kenshuw. A promotion may include additional terms displayed in the announcement, email, advertisement, product page, cart, or checkout. Those specific terms form part of the offer.

Eligibility and promotional period

Promotions are available only during the dates and times stated with the offer and while eligible products remain available. Eligibility may be limited by product, collection, customer, order value, delivery destination, or sales channel.

Discount codes

A valid discount code must be entered during checkout before payment is completed. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise:

Only one discount code may be used per order.
Discounts cannot be combined with another promotion.
Discounts do not apply to taxes, gift cards, or shipping charges.
Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.

Percentage and fixed-amount discounts

Percentage discounts apply to the eligible merchandise subtotal. Fixed-amount discounts cannot reduce the eligible merchandise subtotal below zero. Product exclusions and minimum purchase requirements will be disclosed with the offer.

Free-shipping offers

A free-shipping offer applies only to eligible destinations and shipping methods stated with the promotion. Expedited delivery, oversized-item fees, taxes, duties, and international charges are excluded unless the offer expressly says otherwise.

Returns and refunds for promotional orders

Eligible promotional purchases may be returned according to the Return and Refund Policy unless they were clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after the discount. If a partial return causes an order to fall below a promotion's eligibility threshold, the refund may be adjusted where this condition was disclosed with the offer.

Errors and misuse

Kenshuw may refuse or cancel a promotion affected by a technical error, unauthorized publication, fraud, abuse, or an attempt to circumvent stated limits. If a paid order is canceled, the amount collected for that order will be returned to the original payment method.
