Payment Policy

Currency and pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly selected on the storefront. The complete order total, including product charges, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes, is displayed before the customer submits payment.

Accepted payment methods

Kenshuw accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. Availability may depend on the customer's device, location, and order. A payment method is not accepted unless it appears as an available option during secure checkout.

Payment security

Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. Kenshuw does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers and will never ask a customer to send full card details, passwords, or security codes by email, text message, or social media.

Payment authorization

Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout. An order is not accepted until payment authorization succeeds and an order confirmation is issued.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, customers should confirm that their billing address and payment details are correct or contact their bank or payment provider. Kenshuw cannot override a payment provider's authorization decision.

Order review and cancellation

We may cancel and refund an order when payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing error occurred, the delivery address cannot be serviced, or the order appears fraudulent. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
